		<description>Point of information:  the vote in California was on  a very light turn out, and as Ive mentioned before, until the political furniture in California is rearranged, nothing will change.   Sacramento, like Washington, does not or refuses to understand the language of fiscal restraint. 

It hasnt occurred to them yet why business is drying up, moving to tax free Nevada, or business freindly Arizona, the idea that anyone would leave the Golden State and their precious liberal paradise is heresy and anethema.   

I will say this, the next two years are going to interesting to watch.</description>
