OT: Any comments on the new $37 billion “infrastructure” bond Arnold and the Legislature are putting on the November ballot? Looks to me this will be $60 billion in spending, including interest, and we get only $19 billion in “transportation”. Somehow I feel building roads won’t be a big priority, even in that.
