   “I WAS A BIT SLOW to jump on the story of Abdul Rahman, the Afghan Muslim who converted to Christianity and now faces a death penalty, because I was afraid it would be a rerun of the Dubai Ports story fiasco. But it seems to hold up, and it’s a disgrace.”

   I don’t understand this quote at all. I wonder if Instapundit was slow to jump on the Support Denmark story? Why would anyone not immediately give the benefit of the doubt to a Christian in a Muslim country where it’s common knowledge that Christians are murdered (usually WITHOUT a trial) for converting, their wives raped, their children killed and their houses burned down? What’s the connection between the Dubai port story and this?
