JanNap has a hard time keeping track of all those criminal foreigners because she's busy compiling her list of known terrorists - you know, the radical extremist conservatives who hate Obama so much they'll actually appear in public and protest some or all of his oh-so-beneficent policies. Some of them even object to people being placed in positions of power where they have no qualifications, or have engaged in criminal activity (like tax evasion), or both.
