America’s Insurgency is the Democratic Party
Bottom Line Up Front: Back from their controversial trip to Syria, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and fellow California Democrat Rep. Tom Lantos, are eyeing a trip to Iran to meet with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad while Democrats on the Senate Armed Services Committee try to eliminate the phrase “global war on terrorism” for the upcoming National Defense Authorization Act.
America is under attack as a domestic political insurgency led by Nancy Pelosi in concert with leading Democrats continues to undermine America’s foreign policy around the world. For all intents and purposes, Speaker Pelosi acts as President in proxy, or at best Secretary of State, and seeks dialogue with terrorist nations America has vowed not to engage in dialogue with.
“Speaking just for myself, I would be ready to get on a plane tomorrow morning, because however objectionable, unfair and inaccurate many of [Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s] statements are, it is important that we have a dialogue with him,” Lantos said at a press conference on Tuesday.
“I’m ready to go - and knowing the speaker, I think that she might be.”
There’s a reason Democrats are trying to ban the term “global war on terrorism” from the 2008 National Defense Authorization Act: They implicate themselves as enemies of America and allies of terrorism when doing so.
House Republican leader John Boehner said:
“The attempt by Democrats to erase the words ‘global’ and ‘terror’ from our current war is an absurd effort to deny the fact that America is battling terrorism on a global scale. How do Democrats expect America to fight and win a war they deny is even taking place?”
How indeed? An instigator of the verbiage shuffle, Democrat Ike Skelton (D-MO) gave a lame explanation.
Make no mistake about it: this is a Democratic surge to dummy down the enemy and elevate their power in micromanaging the global war on terrorism until there is nothing to micromanage.
The Democratic effort, which they justify by their narrow victory in last year’s midterm elections, to collaborate with state sponsored terrorists, is a disturbing reality. The very soldiers Democrats they purport to care so deeply about are being killed by the very people they want to dialogue with… and the effort to bring the troops home from Iraq prematurely will give terrorism more fertilizer to grow and a breeding ground with which to do so.
There is an insurgency in the United States… and it’s leader is the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Considering how Lantos and his family suffered during the Nazi takeover of Hungary, the idea that he’s so willing to kiss up to Ahmedinajad is truly frightening and puzzling at the same time.
Goes to show just how bewitching a drug Power is and just how badly people will whore themselves to gain it.
