		<description>Too bad that the telcos are already regulating  how your traffic flows through the net.  They're already deciding what is important and what is not, what is valuable and what is not, what is harmful and what is not, and this is about making them decide based on equal access, not based on their whims.

I'm not sure I want the government involved either, but as long as the law is written in such a way as to force the telcos do treat all bits the same, and not discriminate between different applications, I'm okay with that.</description>
