Sheehan, huh? Boy, that's a real step in the right direction!

NOT!

Of course, the flip side of that is that Sheehan is not a master-level politician (read: scheming, lying, rich piece of cow pie) like NaPe, or BoBo, or DiFi, so she would automatically be relegated to the playpen by the real donkey players and even they wouldn't have to pay attention to her imbecilic ramblings. That would be a plus.

First, you're assuming that Brother Brady doesn't bare some responsibility for the gridlock in Washington, which of course as an obstructionist republican (voting nay on every piece of legislation that would have answered his snarky questions), he is.

Second, you can't possibly think that liberals and progressives think Ms. Pelosi has done am acceptable job. With impeachment off the table, we hoped that the majority would stand up to the free-flowing shitstorm coming from the republicans, and were disappointed time and again. Capitulation on FISA. Refusal to hold the criminal Bush accountable for anything, from failures of policy to moral bankruptcy when it comes to Americans everyday concerns. Not even holding Rove in contempt of Congress for refusing a subpoena.

But, Madame Speaker is up for reelection. And Cindy Sheehan qualified for the ballot last week.

Seems like Nancy has additional financial interests in preventing further drilling for oil other than taking time off for her book tour.
