Since they did such a wonderful job of capturing the brains behind several attacks against the US in that time period, I would guess they had to have had at least one or two. Maybe, if the report was 1) real and 2) ignored as accused, it was because the incompetent hacks C/G had installed in place of professionals were further hamstrung (beyond their own incompetence) by legislation directed at doing just that: hamstringing any meaningful production in the intelligence community. Gosh, ya think? Gosh, I wonder how many reports Clinton/Gore saw in their 8 years that had similar headlines?
