44 Killed at Turkish Wedding Massacre: Would Allah Approve?
Today’s story, a tragedy.
AP reports:
Turkey, vying for membership in the European Union, has struggled to end so-called “honor killings” that still occur despite an overhaul of the penal code that mandates severe punishments for family members who kill, force or encourage another member to kill a relative believed to have disgraced the family.
Dozens of women are killed by relatives in Turkey each year for allegedly disgracing the family, some for as little as being seen speaking to men, according to human rights activists.
Fact: “Islam is the largest religion of Turkey. More than 99 percent of the population is Muslim, mostly Sunni.”
Any correlation?
You’ll find any reference to Islam oddly absent from the reporting. Yet, it was a religious wedding. And clearly, it’s not an isolated incident. Hate is not a religion.

They deserved it for not believing in Jesus Christ. That’s the correlation here. Nice work.

Hey, this event is not related to islam. İslam never says kill each other or make massacre. This is about töre, unwritten traditional turkish rules. This is just a case of a family problem.
Do not relate everything with islam. If we did the same thing with cristianity or any other religion, you wopuld be in desperate position. We know what you did in the history in the name of your religion. Remember, crusades, remember the fields you sold from the heaven.
remeber what you did in the turkish independence war.

sorry, this is not about töre either.

The correlation is: Maybe those that declare war against Western culture, cry for conversion or death to all “infidels” (non-believers) in the name of Allah, maybe they share the same mentality as those who would kill 44 people at a wedding, including pregnant women and children. We are no longer living in medieval times, so this kind of behavior stands out in modern society and it is hard to argue that Muslim nations have a lot of problems (above average) with anger, violence and terrorism. The suppression of women (inequality) and the very notion of an “honor killing”, excused by religious beliefs, speaks to the facts. Sure, Christians are not perfect and they, too, have spilled blood. But it’s dry on the pages of history. Who recently set a woman on fire or committed recent acts of terrorism? Who hijacked a plane? Bombed a shopping center? Beheaded a person while filming it along with propaganda to incite further indiscriminate violence against the West? The evidence adds up.

Yeah only muslims does those kind of things. You re absolutely right. America didnt com to iraq to bring freedom and killed 400 000 iraqqian muslims. And they didnt bomb afganistan either. Thgey also didnt declare muslims as terrorists. They iether didnt do such kind of massacre if we do not count those lately at high schools. Christians are white as milk.
Come and see what i see. I will show you the reality, why muslims are so angry.
In fact you know this more than me. You do everything conciously including this one. You will not succeed man. You didnt succeed ever.

Perhaps the media was too busy reporting on a few flu cases.

Either that or they were all at mass.

This is a tragic story. There are things in the world that you cannot avoid and you cannot explain. I am really saddened by this story.
