That would be a good point, by itself, but add to it they way they are systematically destroying the economy under the guise of helping it.

Weve got 3rd world allies, like India that follow the rules regarding spending and building their economies. Wonder what Prime Minister Singh must be thinking of us right about now, when our President goes around bowing and scraping to every figurehead emperor, bear hugging Chavez, and apologizing every chance he gets, for being American.

The man is disgracing the Office of President in a way it hasnt been since Harding.

All of which begs the question: If GB was such a cowboy and an idiot and buffoon, why didn’t our allies walk away then? Maybe because they knew they could trust us then but can’t trust our sleaze-in-chief now?

Most foreign countries have been at this socialist thing much longer than the U.S., and instinctively know the clown in charge can’t be trusted.

He clearly was not doing what he wanted to do the other night, but he’s so full of himself, he knows he had to do something to make the appearence of caring. This guy is clearly out of his element in foreign policy, especially when it involves the military. You’d better believe if that was a speech about nationalized health care, or making himself more loved and powerful, he’d have been over it like stink on pigshit.

Yeah, the cadets gave him a standing O, because they were more likely directed too, but you could tell by their demeanor during, they weren’t impressed with their CinC. It was like they were listening to a sermon.

Not only that he’s loosing the trust of other countries around the world that depend on us. This whole mess is a trainwreck now, on its way to happen, and he’s wrecking the country as well. Mark my words, 2010 is not going to be a good year to be President of the United States, as more and more of our allies begin to realize what an empty suit this clown is and walk away.

As noted in the comments on another site, Yahoo! News carried a story with the following included in it, referring to Afghanistan’s Karzai:

“…but it’s unclear whether he’ll mount an equally strenuous campaign to root out corruption, as Obama demanded…”

Maybe Duh-1 would do well to clean up the corruption in his own government, starting with himself and his chosen people (staff and cabinet), and go clear through the congressional corruptocrats (starting with Pelousy, Reid, Murtha, Boxer, Feinstein, etc.) and cleaning out every last one of the congressweasels involved in the theft of others’ hard-earned money for their own purposes (at the least, buying re-elections).

“America, we are passing through a time of great trial” - only because groups of clowns, beggars, thieves, cheats and scoundrels over the last couple of decades have tried to convince us that we know nothing and they know everything.

The best CEOs are those who appoint people of competence to positions where they can use that competence, then let them weave their magic. The last CEO of the United States who did that to any degree of success (for the people) was RR. It certainly isn’t our precious, glorious thug from Chicago. If it was he’d let the military determine how to run the war to win, step back and let them do it, then take credit for it.
