Which Americans think that Iraq was involved in 9/11?

President Bush seldom misses an opportunity to imply a connection. He doesn’t specifically say there’s a connection any more, but in any speech about Iraq, he includes reference to 9/11 attacks, allowing less critical listeners to conclude there is a connexion.

Reminds me of Sen. Inouye (D-HI) during the Watergate hearings. So dumb that he was reading prepared questions (not asking on his own) from his staff despite the fact that the questions had been previously asked by other members of Congress and answered by the witnesses.

Anyone clueless and unethical and amoral enough to have been a kleegle (or whatever he was) for the Klan has no business being in the highest legislative body in the nation. The fact that he was clueless about this, too, comes as hardly a shock.

Which Americans think that Iraq was involved in 9/11? Has anyone seen this tiny group of people?

I’m not sure I know any of them, but all the pollsters seem to have them on speed dial…
