Id give her a 70-30 chance not getting it. If she had the votes she would be on it before she lost them again, because I dont things are going as inevitably as they hoped it would, and if she does get the votes she'll have to act quickly before they fall apart on her. I happen to know a retired Senate staffer who seems to think things are beginning to slip away. If they dont get a floor next week, its game over, and the White House knows it.
