If you haven’t heard about this one, it’s no surprise.
With “big” news like the still-referenced Duke rape case — you know the one where white lacrosse players were (falsely) accused of raping a black stripper dancer — and the more recent heavy-breathing over Don Imus, there’s little wonder that the MSM doesn’t have the time or attention left to cover other stories. Especially ones that don’t fit their racial profiling.
The gruesome and savage murders of young Channon Christian and Chris Newsom in Knoxville, Tennessee is a perfect example.
Despite a virtual MSM blackout, this story has reverberated with blog readers and videoblog viewers across the country. Michelle Malkin has extensive coverage and a Hotair video.
News not fit for print or primetime? Only when it’s not a “useful story” for a politically-correct (i.e. biased) media.
