The Agenda Media Is Ignoring the World
If you only paid attention to the Agenda Media’s White House contingent, you’d think that Vice President Cheney’s unfortunate accident that injured Mr. Whittington was the only thing that’s happened either Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. After watching part of yesterday’s briefing, I vowed that I wouldn’t watch today’s, even if my life depended on it.After skimming through the transcript of today’s briefing, I’m thankful I didn’t tune in.
I just skimmed the questions the White House press corps asked Scott McLellan and here’s the summary:
The first THIRTY QUESTIONS were about Cheney’s hunting accident. Then someone asked 3 questions about the friendship between Clinton and Bush the elder, followed by another Cheney question, etc. The 56th question was about Gore’s outlandish statements in Saudi Arabia. The 57th and 58th questions were about Iran’s resuming their nuclear weapons program before closing out with a couple more questions on Cheney’s hunting accident. In all, 44 of the 60 questions were on Cheney’s accident.
And one reporter (I don’t know who) asked “Or do you think it reflects a feeling in the country that this just doesn’t pass the sniff test?” about Cheney’s accident. Ya think?
This shows how unserious the White House reporters are. They spend three fourths of their time asking the same questions over and over again but only ask 2 questions about the incredibly dangerous events in Iran, one question on Gore’s traitorous speech that might well incite another jihad and 1 question about the problems existing in Pakistan. That isn’t to mention the fact that they didn’t even care about Ahmadinejad’s threats against another sovereign nation.
And then they wonder why we don’t take them seriously? They’re so seriously out of touch with America that it’s pathetic.

I wonder how long it’ll be before we can get “new Media” reporters up there and ask real questions?

The minute someone pays me a living salary to report the news out there, I’d be there.
Quite frankly, bloggers would ask alot better questions than this pack of idiots.

I read the entire transcript. The press is manned by idiots, no doubt.
One question kinda leaped out at me as odd. Someone asked about Censoring Jesus. I didn’t even hear that one on CPAN! Did you guys?
