Teaching History, Not Heresy: The assault on California’s traditional family values
It has been said by many that all politics is local. Perhaps that’s why we see so many conservative Republicans and Reagan era Democrats rallying against the latest legislative attempts to brainwash the innocent minds of our Children.
And if history bears repeating, we will observe California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, making tough decisions as we approach this fall’s important election. Those decisions will either cement and build upon his Conservative principals or pander to the activists, who are promoting their own agenda at the expense of our children.
The California State Senate Judiciary Committee recently approved two pieces of proposed legislation they intend to move forward to Governor Schwarzenegger’s desk. At first glance, parents are led to believe that these bills would reinforce “Anti- Discrimination policies†in our public school system. Nothing could be farther from the truth.
In fact, Assembly Bill 606 and Senate Bill 1437, seeks to promote Homosexual and Transsexual Indoctrination on our California Schoolchildren as young as kindergarten! And that’s only the beginning!
When parents examine the language of the bills and “peel the layer off the Onionsâ€, you discover mandated Government plans that would require all textbooks to teach the “History of Homosexual Heroes†and contributions of Transsexuals in the California school system.
In addition, the bills would empower the State Superintendent of public Instruction- Jack O’Connell, to “defund†two thirds of a public school’s budget, if Transsexual education, isn’t “adequately promoted†on the school’s campus!
To be fair, we all agree that no person, regardless of race, gender, religion, national origin or disability, should be discriminated against. However, the new proposed legislation would radically change the current well-enforced state law.
The new legislation seeks to insert “Sexual Orientation†on this list and couple it with “Perceived genderâ€. The end result would be catastrophic.
Children would be taught that it’s “okay and normal†to inject “Female sex change hormonesâ€.
They would be forced to watch school sponsored sex-change videos and handouts.
And who could they credit for this new and wonderful Legislation? It’s none other than Democratic Senator Sheila Kuehl.
According to several Biographies, Sheila Kuehl is a former pioneering Feminist attorney, Harvard graduate and the first openly gay person elected to the California State Legislature. What a legacy!
Sheila Kuehl is not married and of course has no children. In fact, she has never raised a child, yet she feels uniquely qualified to dictate to California families how to raise ours.
In Sheila Kuehls world, “Anti-Discrimination†is the “Legislative vehicle and buzzword†for immersing our children into the wonderful world of Homosexuality. She has used it effectively over the years to promote her beliefs. Not any more.
Perhaps she has forgotten the voice of thousands of “Security and Soccer†moms and their families who believe in traditional values.
Perhaps she needs an introduction to the millions of voters who attend religious services of all faiths and vote for family values. And they transcend party politics and vote on the issue! The only agenda we have is the welfare of our children!
The good news is that traditional families have a new alley in the fight against this legislation.

In this important election year, thousands of parents are looking to Governor Schwarzenegger for his role as the “People’s Governorâ€. And we all acknowledge that the outcome will determine not only California’s future, but will affect the nation as well.
We are well served to remember that the purpose of California schools is to teach children the basics -Math, English, and Science. And yes, its History we teach our children, not heresy.

Sexual indoctrination has no place in our public schools, whether to promote homosexuality, virginity, or transgenderism.

Why be bothered with the barbarians at the gates when we can debate the merits of teaching transgenderism to kids.
The hard part is telling if the collapse of our Nation will happen in my lifetime, or just after. I wonder when Vegas will start taking bets on the downfall of the USA…

Traching transgenderism is crossing the line big time. It is bad enough we have federally-funded abstinence programs in our public schools! Why is our school system hell bent on promoting deviancies like homosexuality, virginity, and transgenderism?

Sheila Kuehl is also a former actress from the hilarious old tv show, “Dobie Gilles”, in which she played the dorky, obnoxious, man-pest, Zelda, whose arrival on the scene always provoked cringes. She seems to be playing the part, still.
