For example, no one can libel a common person without being under a law entitled for retribution by the offended party. A persona cannot voice a threatening statement toward the President of the United States, which if one does, is against the Law of the Land. If freedom of speech is used to take away freedom and freedom of speech as the ACLU wants to ban hate speech, except of course for their version, then we are in a lot of trouble.
