Sheehan Supporter: “Bush Kills For Money”
Of course.

Keeping good company.

“Next time, vacation in Iraq?” Perhaps this protester should consider the implication and irony of her message.
Because the President (or anyone else, for that matter) CAN’T vacation in Iraq — because it’s too dangerous — is exactly WHY our troops are there: To establish security and stability.
Or is this woman suggesting that, if Saddam were still in power, she’d take a vacation there? Possibly. But just as long as she didn’t step out of line, protesting against any oppression of Iraqis. Any dissent would not be allowed. No freedom or liberty.

Liberals start them off early. College is, evidently, not soon enough. Never too young to protest. (Rumor has it the 5-year-old would prefer to be holding an ice cream cone)

These people will all feel so retarted when more attacks are made on American soil.
Perhaps that will stop their yammering.

You’ve missed the point entirely. And your explanation doesn’t explain what you say it’s ironic. It’s been widely reported that Bush has taken more vacation time at this point in his Presidency than any other President in history. While Bush is enjoying his record-breaking vacation, our troops are fighting and dying in Iraq. At the very least, this shows insensitivity on Bush’s part. Consequently, that protestor put up that sign saying, if you want your precious vacation, why don’t you take it in Iraq, where our troops are in harm’s way? That is the point. You’re not a very bright person, are you?

they think it’s funny. our war, but their uneducated kids are fighting it for us. joke’s on them. they should have spent more time in class and less time smoking pot. i’m sick of hearing about how our kids aren’t fighting in iraq. of course they’re not! someone’s got to keep things running while they’re gone so they can give them jobs when they get back. just because we don’t send our boys doesn’t mean that we are any less patriotic. let them try to protest in my yard, then we’ll see who’s patriotic.
