Otherwise, its obviously Franken. You can count and re count votes all you want. The guy has shown me more tenacity than Coleman, and truth be told, Colemans legal challenge is beginning to be more wearisome than Gore 2000, and finally, the country is hardly paying attention to this, with good reason, one seat more or less isnt going to change the Senate problem at this point.  Reid is still a boob, and Mc Connell the better leader.   Seat the guy and get on with it.</description>

		<description>Here's the real simple solution: A Do-Over. On March 3, they can hold a special election to determine the real winner of the seat. 

Otherwise, no paper ballot, no vote. None of this precinct machine count vs the hard count.</description>
