Experience, moral values, and intelligence don't seem to be qualifications for office in New York. Remember, this is the state which elected Elliot Spitzer, Mario and Andrew Cuomo, Charles Schumer, Nita Lowey, and Charles Rangel. At least Gillibrand has a 100% NRA record. Gillibrand has more experience than HRC had. Experience, moral values, and intelligence don’t seem to be qualifications for office in New York.
