I don’t understand. Michele Malkin says that the government should lock people up based on their race and/or ethnicity. I suppose we can have a debate as to whether she’s right or wrong, but can we really deny that she advocates a racist policy?

If locking people up on the basis of their race does not constitute racism, then what does? What does the word “racist” mean, if not that?
