Moonbat Democrat John Conyers wants President Bush and VP Cheney censured. This is really sad because he knows better. Members of Congress can be censured. Presidents and Vice Presidents can only be impeached. Here’s why he wants Bush and Cheney censured:
Rep. John Conyers, (D-MI), called Tuesday for Congress to censure President Bush and Vice President Cheney, saying they misled lawmakers on the decision to go to war in Iraq.
Mr. Conyers is living in the past. Further, he hasn’t offered a constructive idea on the war on terror or the war in Iraq. His entire function, as far as I can tell, has been to attack the Bush administration for everything they’ve done. Frankly, it’s getting sickening.
It’s also my observation that Rep. Conyers is among the most bitter Bush-haters in teh House. This isn’t how a senior member of the House should act. I’m not saying Mr. Conyers doesn’t have the right to criticize President Bush and Vice President Cheney; I’m saying that he should mix in some constructive thoughts with the barrage of criticism that he’s fast becoming famous for.

This isn’t about Mr. Conyers not making constructive idea’s on the war on terror or the Iraq war. This is about how Bush has broke the constitution, and lied about the war. So if Bush is innocent, Why are all you republicans scared to support Conyers Resolutions? I think this merits at least an investigation. I mean Clinton was impeached for lieing about sex. I would say lieing and manipulating pre-war intellegance is a bit worse. Not to mention going to war without congresses approval, illegal wiretapping, exc.

The author of the original post needs to do a little research. The president and the vice president can indeed be censured. They should refer their research to Andrew Jackson who was actually censured. As for Bush and Cheney they must be removed from office before the US becomes a 3rd world country and before this madman attacks Iran with Nuclear weapons. I fear that if Bush pushes the button the U.S. will be the most hated country in the world.
