When have you heard President Bush, or any administration official, say that anyone is unpatriotic?

Here’s one of my favorites, Zell Miller in his keynote speach to the GOP National Convention, 2004:

While young Americans are dying in the sands of Iraq and the mountains of Afghanistan, our nation is being torn apart and made weaker because of the Democrats’ manic obsession to bring down our commander in chief.

So much for that assertion.

And as to this gem:

Kerry’s bloviations are boring, bombastic and BS. He’s a legend in his own mind. And a national disgrace.

Senator Kerry’s Silver Star, Bronze Star, and three Purple Hearts are no match for the vice president’s five draft deferments. That men who have never fought on the front lines for a single day are sending our troops into harms’ way… and you want to talk about a national disgrace.

Shame on you.
