Woodrow Wilson has been the icon of inaction on matters of national security since the 1910s; I'm about to suddenly trust Democrats to these issues 96 years later. And never mind Roosevelt or Truman; it's not like they had much of a choice to fight WWII with Japanese subs checkin' out the California coast.
