		<description>No, now that D.T.'s ruling has been overturned the donkeys can go about the business of making sure every subversive in the country is off-limits to the FBI and DHS.  Otherwise, why did they let the original bill sunset?

If the donkeys (in general) and the donkey "leaders" were truly interested in retaining freedoms in this country, they would be on the frontlines in the fight against islamofascism.

And as far as recusing herself from the case because she has close ties to the ACLU, why is her case any different than the majority of cases filed by that organization?  It's amazing how many activist judges and lawyers think the Founding Fathers were not only wet behind the ears, but are incredibly irrelevant to today's world.

Says a lot more about today's judges and lawyers than about the Founding Fathers...</description>
