		<description>1.  If something is written in the constitution, it isn't there to be "rare" or used in "extraordinary circumstances", if it's in the constitution, it's all or nothing.  (Like legalized abortion)

2.  Read an article by Victoria Toensing about the "ease" of getting a fisa warrent.</description>

		<description>I support the wiretapping as a temporary extraordinary technique to use while fighting an elusive enemy. As long as it is limited to communications originating or terminating in a targeted foreign country, I believe the President has the right to do so.

But wouldn't it be a tragedy if the evidence is determined to be tainted for want of FISA paperwork that could have been filed up to 72 hours after the fact?</description>
