Rove’s only crime was doing what his opposition wished they could have.

He devised the strategies that congealed a unified base for Republican victories in 2000, ‘02 and ‘04. Republicans, as well as his boss, shot themselves in the foot when they began acting like Democrats and alienated their base. Now Democrats are alientating their base, by not acting like total loons.

Obviously, Gary, it’s your premise that’s wrong. You are insinuating this pile of garbage can think. But he is just as obviously exhibiting the “thought processes” of liberals; that is, he doesn’t have any thought processes. He just spews “the line.”

Screamers like Corn are in hog heaven now that Rove is going, but it would be out of character for then to be honest enough to show their glee.
No, they’ll spit and whine and piss and moan some more because that’s all they know how to do.
