Bill Clinton’s Lies: They Were “Poignant” and “Endearing”

Maureen Dowd: Clinton's Lies At least, Maureen Dowd thinks so.

That’s called MSM perspective. Such are the priviledges of liberal journalism.

We think this should “blow” away any remaining veneer of objectivity in her writing. Despite her feminist leanings, looks like she’s ready to “go down” on Bill’s behalf. [Transcript]

Can’t wait for her to interview Hillary.

Someone this damn dumb should not go to any interview without handlers present

    Dear GOD!

Four legs good, two legs bad!

  2. Matthew Says:

Then there’s that crazy Ann Coulter:

    Coulter Jokes About Poisoning Justice

  3. California Conservative Says:

“We need somebody to put rat poisoning in Justice Stevens’ creme brulee,” Coulter said. “That’s just a joke, for you in the media.”

And, evidently, for some readers, too.

Maureen Dowd may be a joke, but she’s definitely not funny.

  4. Matthew Says:

I’m just thinking about the reaction that would happen if someone like, say, Al Franken said ‘President Bush should be poisoined, but that’s just a joke to you in the media’. Someone like Coulter, who has the ear of the media, should use it to advance a cause and not make flippant unprofessional remarks about a man still living.

  5. California Conservative Says:

    That’s fair.

Unfortunately, given the MSM and their liberal sympathizers, the reaction would be, well, like it has been about Air America: ignored. (Can you imagine if the same allegations were against a conservative organization? Think front page. Daily)

In your example of Al Franken, they would dismiss his remarks (like they do with Farakkhan, Belafonte, Sharpton, Nagin, et al) casually, saying something like “yeah, well, Franken is an entertainer. It’s his job to be provocative.”

Accountability is held to different standards.
