ACLU Seeks Again to Block Wiretaps

AP reports: “Warrantless wiretaps that the government says are necessary to fight terrorism pose a threat to American democracy, the American Civil Liberties Union said in court papers filed Tuesday.”

Terrorists couldn’t agree more.

The ACLU knows their clients, we’ll give’em that.

Well, according to the ACLU, maybe. I don’t think so personally, but what does a country boy like me know?

Bottom line on it all, though, has to be, are the “wiretaps” (hardly accurate, but I’ll go with the flow) CONSTITUTIONAL? The ACLU has undoubtedly shopped around for a moonbat judge that can find new stuff that 200 years+ of judges couldn’t, but hopefully a court somewhere along the line will have enough education to read what the Constitution says, know what they are reading, and throw the suit out with prejudice.

Get we get a wire tap on them now to see what they are planning?
