Oh, does this mean Clinton’s lying under oath wasn’t the issue either? Or does it mean that ‘a perjury charge’ should have no weight if it wasn’t a lying under oath about something important? I am trying to get to York’s logic here….If I get caught cheating in class, I can just defend my behavior by ‘telling the teacher to prove it’s a good class’, and when my buddies all agree yeah,’it’s a lousy class’, then, by golly, my cheating is absolved.
