Weighing in on the immigration debate, CNBC’s Larry Kudlow just interviewed Craig Miller, chairman of the National Restaurant Association.

Mr. Miller’s twice-repeated point to promote immigration: “Americans love to dine out.”

Consequently, there’s a “tremendous demand of restaurant workers.”

So, basically, illegal immigration is required to feed our appetite. And, evidently, there are no Americans willing to do the work.

We’ll be sure to mention that the next time we drop a dollar in the homeless man’s hand sitting outside the restaurant.

    I have been in foodservice for over 30 years.what i see is that it is been
    taken over at all levels. If you dont speak spanish you will never be able to speak to your staff so the spanish speaking manager get the job…….more and more non-spanish
    speaking people (who want the job)Dont get the job……..
