In 83-16 decision, senators vote to build 370 miles of triple-layered fencing along the Mexican border.
This debate is too funny. Just two days ago the president gave an excellent speech calling for open, but secure, borders.

That’s called a Crusade, mAnn, and I think we all know how well the last one went.

But wait, there’s more! Of course, mAnn made so many stupid statements, it’s hard to pick (but I will):

You go, mAnn! And you go too, CalCon, because quoting mAnn as an authority on ANYTHING shows that you’re just like those swing voters/toaster brains mAnn detests.

Enough of mAnn. However, as long as you’re quoting Anthony Romero, why don’t you quote include the inconvenient facts? Hence:

And, just as sure as you are that Sen. Durbin will agree with the ACLU, I’m sure that when the National Guard suffers through this ill-conceived plan, and the election is behind us, we’ll quietly withdraw the Guard from the border on reports that it was an expensive, poorly planned and mistake of a way to deal with this serious issue. Hopefully, not too many Americans will be killed in the meantime.

Maybe we should see what the toaster-brains have to say about it.
