Since by law the Federales have the biggest and best and most firepower, there's not much question about who would win, but GW can't afford the embarassment of having a revolt against his good buddy. In the meantime, the only revolt we have is with a ballot, and there aren't a whole bunch of worthwhile Americans willing to stand up and be counted, at least who are running for office on their records.
