Michelle Malkin reports: “Labor Day weekend brought out another round of pro-illegal alien rallies across the country. Having learned from previous p.r. bungles, organizers once again made sure American flags were in abundance.”
And like before with past protests, the MSM is complicit, depicting only one side of the story. Kindly, Malkin offers some flag etiquette: Do’s and don’ts. Dios mio!
But as we can see below, some people will never learn.

While the mainstream media today is giddily reporting the “clout” of illegal immigrants and showing us photos of passionate flag-waving Mexicans, there’s another view that doesn’t find its way onto pages of the press. We look to last week’s student protest in Los Angeles. Even the Mayor was in attendance.
None of these photos made it to print. But fortunately, we have digital photography and the Internet to archive.

Countdown to offensive racist terms and “go back to your homeland” calls: 15 minutes and counting. I’m a liberal and disagree with your fundamental points but c’mon guys. Let’s try a little harder. At least strive to be the subtle racist of this century instead of the out and out KKK version of the last. But then again, please continue. The more you push the hispanic population towards the dems, the better off I’ll be. The latin voting block is not going away. You’d think that conservatives would have learned from the mistake of alienating generations of African Americans, but fortunately for my team, they have not.
Kudos. If a few 100,000 showing up in each of DC, Dallas, LA and other places doesn’t cause you some pause to reevaluate, you don’t deserve to lead this country anyway.

Bad Mojo: Yes, that “sribble” on the Lovely Lady welcomed millions to our land. I welcome them, too, as long as they follow our laws (like we are expected to do in their homelands). Seems to me most the folks who came by way of Ellis Island came here legally, and darned few were turned away.
My other comment has to do with the sign that says “This is our land”. Since when did that young (brainless) lovely belong to the highly territorial tribes that occupied what is now California? Or, if she came from Mexico or further south, New Mexico, or Colorado, or Arizona? And probably Texas, too? And she looks like she’s got more than a small dollop of European coursing through her veins.
And racist? I guess all that matters is whether it’s the “American” who is writing about this, or the “undocumented” who’s screaming at all the “me’s”, as to who’s racist.
From what I can see, most of the people participating in the demonstrations and most of the ones supporting them are the racists, but they just don’t see it that way, ’cause I’m just a honkey.

I live in Sacramento.
You know what this stuff is doing? Primarily making my latin neighbors nervous. Where as a few shirt weeks ago they were just my neighbors, now all of a sudden they feel like targets due to the color of their skin. The girl who works as a clerk at the 7/11 wasa so flustered today she gave me two packs of smokes for the price of one and still couldn’t figure out the correct change (I gave her back the extra of both.)
It’s just wrong.
These demos aren’t helping latinos at all. They are just confirming stereotypes for bigots.
If you want to be American then be American. Quit acting like fools in the streets.

I wandered over here from Michelle Malkin’s blog (which I try to read daily) and this kind of crap pisses me off.
We as Americans are supposed to believe that, “Hey, all these people want is a better life and to work”.. hmmm, doesn’t seem like they’re working too hard. Especially given the fact that they’re too damn lazy to fill out a few forms and pass an English test to enter this country.
Would it be a bad idea after they’re all deported (God willing) if we set fire to the Rio Grande so the illegals won’t cross it?

Most LEGAL immigrants (those from Asia, Mexico who came here legally, Eastern Europe, etc.) don’t LIKE the fact that illegals are trying to clamor to the front of the line, or just jump over it and give their newfound country the finger. It’s not about race… it’s about the ILLEGAL (there’s a reason they are called that) immigrants subverting our laws and wanting my tax dollars to pay for their healthcare and kid’s schooling and the like. 1. Free medical care for your entire family.
2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services you might need, whether you use them or not.
3. All government forms need to be printed in English.
4. That you want my kids to be taught by English-speaking teachers.
5. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.
6. To plan to feed your kids at school for both breakfast and lunch.
7. That you’ll need a local French driver’s license so you can get easy access to government services.
8. I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won’t make any effort to learn local traffic laws.
9. In case one of the French police officers does not get the memo from Chirac to leave me alone, please be sure that all police officers speak English.
Think that’ll work? I doubt it.

Unfortunately, the other meme that needs to be popularized in all this mess is that our existing legal immigration process is frankly horrible and in desperate need of correction. Which is a large part of why we have so many illegal aliens in this country.

What gets me most is the obvious disrespect for this country and it’s laws. -uck the law? Excuse me, you are a guest here, you’ve no right to petition or even protest, you cannot come here and demand we bend to suit you, that’s not how the world works. If you wanna immigrate fine, do it LEGALLY. INS needs to go to these marches and deport anyone who is here illegally that carries a sign reading -uck the law, open the door or I’ll break the window, an upside down flag, MECHA or Aztlan signs and the like. Instant fingerprinting, and registering as black listed, never to return. If you already have no respect for this country, you’ve no right to visit or sneak in. If those who happen to be Mexican spent as much time trying to fix Mexico as they do trying to usurp and disrupt the American government, Mexico would be fixed by now.

Republicans can either:

Solving the illegal alien issue is relatively simple; all it requires is the guts to do it. I offer these suggestions as the basis for dealing with the illegal problem.
1 Close the borders so that only legal entry is possible. This is not that hard what is hard for politicians to do the right thing.
2. Establish a national identification card that is forge proof backed by a database that allows checking fingerprints and retina scans in real time. Now we know who is legal.
3. With the border closed and a sure fire way of identification, a means of dealing with illegal can be established. I favor making all illegals leave the country but whatever the means of dealing with them; a penalty must be imposed for breaking the law.
4. Make it a felony for local and state officials not to check, detain, and turn over to federal authorities persons who do not possess a valid national identification card.
5. When the method is developed allow no more than 6 months for illegals to comply with the provisions established. At the end of the grace period any immigrant that cannot produce a national ID card will be deported immediately and never allowed to reenter the US. No incentive to not comply.
6. Establish a rational immigration policy that matches the needs of the country to the number of legal emigrants allowed in each year.
7. The law must also prohibit status for any illegal with a felony conviction either here or in his country of origin from being granted legal entry. Immediate deportation for felons is required. Other similar provisions must be incorporated such as children of illegals born in the US are not granted citizenship. Children of legal immigrants born here are not granted citizen ship until the parents are naturalized. Conviction of a felony regardless of status results in immediate deportation.
8. Employers that hire illegal aliens must be severely penalized. Since all legals will now have a national identifications employers will have no excuse for hiring illegals. If there are no jobs for illegals there is little incentive to attempt to sneak in the country.
9. Granting permanent status of any sort must be preconditioned on obtaining proficiency in spoken and written English at least at the eight-grade level. A course of study on US history, traditions and civics must be completed and tested in English. Failure to pass these preconditions in a reasonable time will result in status revocation and deportation.
10. English is established as the official and only language in the US of business, government and official discourse. Ballots will only be printed in English at all levels. Public schools may only teach in English. Evening and weekend courses may be subsidized for English as a second language.
These procedures are more humane or tolerant than the Mexican laws on immigration.
These are rational ways to solve a very serious problem that only continues to grow. I remember the amnesty of 1986 and its professed solution of the problem. It had the same defects as the current bills on guest workers. It did not close the borders and did noting to prevent future hordes of illegals. I do not want the US to end up like Canadian style “Spanish Quebec problem†or the unassimilated alien problem of Europe.
We are being invaded!!! There is no political correctness or political spin to alter that fact. Our laws should protect us and the politicians that can’t or won’t enact the required laws need to be sent packing.
I vote legally.

Politicians need to be aware that we are voting out anyone that voted for amnesty for illegal aliens and those that are not tough on immigration reforms. You are thinking of yourselves and the vote. You need to remember that legal tax paying Americans vote too and we will make it hurt at the polls because you are selling America down the river. We and our ancestors built this country and we will not let it be turned into a country overrun by illiterate, illegal aliens.

I have enjoyed watching a bunch of mexicans, hispanics, latinos or whatever they want to be called this week protesting. Talk about a bunch of bigots. “Fuck the law” was one of my favorites. If fit perfectly as to their mindset.
Another interesting thing I noticed was a lot of gangsters out. Go figure. Any excuse to spew their hatred!
As for the illegal aliens… there is but one cure. If they couldn’t get a job they wouldn’t be here. It is the greedy businessmen and women that perpetuate this problem.
I disagree with free services. I disagree with us looking the other way or being asked to and that is exactly what is happening throughout America. There are enforcement agencies that are not allowed to enforce immigration laws because a big business doesn’t want any Border Patrol raids. It has happened more than once!
These illegal aliens were not what we were seeing on the streets this past Sunday and Monday. Maybe a few, but not many would be my guess. We were seeing a lot of thugs that aren’t going anywhere. These are the creeps that commit crimes, and sponge off the rest of us. These are the people that make up a large part of our prison population because of their gangs. They are worthless leeches who contribute nothing to America!
There are wonderful latinos and I know many, but what we were seeing are not the people I saw last Sunday and Monday marching across America, demanding and threatening… Those people I don’t care about. I don’t care from which rock they reside. They will never be respected by me, nor most of America. I am thankful they have awakened America, and that is exactly what they have done.

Wow! I’m shocked at this “aspect” of the protest. I’m not looking for a debate but I’d like to say that this website’s display of the protestors is biased and fallacious.
Hear me out…the pictures are like a ad hominem argument, latin for “to the man”. This website is attacking the moral flaws on only a portion of the immigrants.
How would you(California Conservatives) like to be portrayed only by your stereotypes? It angers and offends you doesn’t it? You then feel like your voice and cause can’t be heard.
I’m glad you are using your freedom of speech ; however, I believe you have misused it and have missed the heart of the matter. Yes it’s true that not all of the protestors,like the ones displayed above, look like the “next generation to be proud of supporting”; however, neither does America’s current next generation look so hopeful either.
However, I’m still willing to support these protestors’ cause. America was founded on Judeo Christian beliefs that I would be glad to see these immigrants enjoy and take part of.
I am a third generation Mexican American San Diegan. I’ve assimilated but I am still informed and proud of my Mexican history as well as my American history.
I’m not saying that were gods, but we have to see all sides of the matter. Are you looking at the matter through your own eyes or are you looking at this matter through God’s eyes?

I am not against massive immigration. Let the Hispanics become the number one minority ! Bring 20 million more Asians here too !
However, I’m worried about the Mexican because it seems obvious that there is a national agenda there. I also resent the “we do the jobs no one else will do garbage.”
Most important, there are millions of Asians, Arabs who are waiting in line because they have no choice. Why should the line jumpers be rewarded for their cheating ?

I thought that majority citizens of USA were immigrants from Europe and the origins are indians.
Anyway, it is better to make the illegals legal and let them pay taxes as other citizens. The more strict the law, the more illegals come and create criminal offenses. It would be never ending story.
Immigration is not a crime, it is a freedom to move - if all of US citizens here so proud of freedom of speech, perhaps you have to respect freedom of people to move and look for better welfare.

The comments on your pictures are really stupid. I agree with the idea of not having illegal aliens in this country, but making fun of the situation just makes things worse, your comments and simple-minded thoughts will not change things here. You need to educate yourself first, then you come up with a solution and that’s it!. “This Land” is not the only and best in the world, is just a country that is coming to an end because of people like you who believe that you own it. I love the facts you showed us, what can we do to stop immigration. It is horrible in NJ. Thanks for showing the truth. Maybe we should sue the media for not exposing the truth and helping to allow policies that cause suffering to Americans via higher taxes.
Here is my story in NJ Today I had to teach a young student from South America who said “I was her dog to kick” and she disrupted my class. So I called to her mother and guess what, “no English”, now this dis-respectful daughter and mother think they can come to America and dis-respect our teaching institutions. Then I look on the Internet to see if this dis-respect is elsewhere and I come across the link below. Now I have to get a Spanish interpret or to explain to the mother that she and her daughter have no right to talk to me and others that way, and have not come here at my tax dollars expense to make a mockery of our education system.

this page is rediculus.. do you realize that half of these pictures are kids protraying what us americans do.. for example, peace signs side ways.. yeah im pretty sure spoiled american white kids started that or even black people. Another example is when you said ” mexican meat cleaver, or aztec art?”, try a white american band ” insane clown posse” simbol… maybe you should worry about bigger problems in the world than what a mexican is acting because if you looked around you would see that every other race is doing the same…

I don’t believe this site.I also don’t have a problem with LEGAL immigrants.But, you need too look at the problems the illegals are bringing and not just their sickness.They don’t have a drivers license or insurance.They hit you speeding,crossing lanes, kill someone in your car, injure you beyond belief, and they tell the judge “NO ENGLISH”, thats just 1 problem. How do we teach them that if they come here they must follow the law?Either way you look at it they are criminals.And these pictures mock us tax paying,hard working Americans that they don’t care about,they just care about money to sent to mama, and taking from us americans.Proud to be an AMERICAN.
