Even without this announcement, there has been a widespread rumor in Mexico that they have to hurry to get into the USA to take advantage of Bush's amnesty plans. "Jobs America Won't Do" - for crying out loud. Protecting our borders is a job Bush won't do. A GOLD CARD?! (I'm going to feel like an idiot if this is satire. Not April 1 yet. Hmmm.)
