By the logic the Senate and our esteemed conservative prez is taking, a murderer caught after his first murder should get the death penalty, but the more murders he commits the lesser the penalty, until after becoming a full-fledged mass murderer he gets off with a short probation and a $1000 fine.

Makes sense to me!

And the 55-40 vote? The Republican minority in the Senate has its work cut out for themselves.

If you steal a car and get caught, you get arrested, go to jail, and pay a fine. You do not get to keep the car!

If you break into a home and get caught, you get arrested, go to jail, and pay a fine. You do not get to stay in the house!

So why is it that the U.S. Senate is trying to reward criminals with the very thing they broke the law to get?

Notice I used the word criminals. These are in no way, shape, or form law abiding people.

The vast majority of the illegals sat in Mexico and conspired with a "coyote" to break the law of the U.S., which in and of itself is a crime. Then, the second the illegal crosses the border unauthorized, they commit their second crime against America. If they successfully run the gauntlet of the Border Patrol, they head to some inland destination, where they take a job that pays in cash, or engage in document fraud to get on a regular payroll. Either way, they have now committed their third and fourth crimes. The third in both cases is illegally taking the job, and the fourth would be not paying taxes or the document fraud.

These illegals are nothing more than petty criminals with a mounting rap sheet half the length of my arm!

Most of these illegals come from a country where bribery and corruption are as
common and accepted as housecats are here. They are not the kind of
immigrants we want on a path to citizenship!

I will not send money to the GOP when they support this madness.

Enforcement first, or throw the bums out of office! Are you listening Senators?

Border Patrol Agents: Bush Plan A Trojan Horse

Every day that President Bush and the Senate hold real border security hostage to their misguided amnesty program, thousands upon thousands of illegal aliens continue to flood into the country.

Actually, their statement doesn't mention Republicans specifically. They merely state that the Senate doesn't 'get it' and that Congress does.
