I’am not an indian and i am cetainly not pretending that they are perfect people but i must admit that at least indians have a lot of moral values which is unfortunately lacking in certain persons! And they are certainly not narrow minded.

Aishwarya Rai is a wonderful person with a lot of humility, modesty and generosity!People sincerely love her for being natural and a true human being with a lot of compassion! She surely was blessed with beauty but I’m sure that she’s the kind of person who would promote and pay attention to personality first!

I hope that people will be able to have the courage to change their way of thinking because its a pity missing the endowment of Aishwarya Rai.

I wish her all the best in her career.

A billion + Indians think she’s a gorgeous, talented and smart actress. More that can be said in a country where every little accomplishment is called World this or that: Such as the World Series, Time Mag’s Top 100, People Magazine Top crap - ad nauseum.

But I guess this normal for a country where most of its citizens don’t have a passport or probably want one and could not care less about what happens outside their own parochial little communities.

Being an Ash-fan for the past 13 years, truly it can be said that she’s the modern epitomy of womanhood. She’s fiercely independent, supremely successful and well rooted in traditions. Aishwarya has always lived her public life in a very principled & disciplined manner! Extremely modest about her achivements, i’m sure Mahatma Ghandi would approve of her!

And ofcourse, her fan base is international! We love her to bits!

ps: Did you know that the directors of films like Troy, Hitch, etc … have stated that she was their casting preference for these films? She’s waiting for something better, and i wish her love & luck … Always!

Maybe in the next couple of years, no one would be left asking … “Aishwarya who?”

Her popularity has nothing to do with India. She is a common and well-known face in England, Australia, Europe, South Asia, Russia, China, etc

You cant generalize and say that “all indians” are using the net. Because the truth is that she has fans WORLDWIDE!

I don’t know who she is either, but more and more Indians (from India) are on the web, and doing web searches, so if she’s a big star out there, it figures her name would be a chart topper. While not all billion or so Indians are online, I would guess a lot are.
