Those screaming the loudest, of course, will be Canada, Britain, France and Sweden, upon whose Utopian health care systems (that function so well for all their citizens) the donkeys' system will be based, and it will fail as spectacularly as theirs. But, of course, it will still be Bush's fault, I guess.
