Uninvited Wedding Guests
AP reports: “Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles were married Saturday in a modest civil ceremony at the 17th century Guildhall, and the second marriage for each was blessed by the Church of England as the royals knelt before Archbishop of Canterbury in a majestic ceremony beneath the soaring arches of the Gothic St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.”
Some of the people gathered to watch the ceremony do not favor this marriage. They still cling to the memory of the deceased Princess Diana. Even the British media has shown a bitter if not cruel bias.
And, yet, there were still others who used the occasion as an inapproriate time for political protest.
One wonders: Could this be the next step for homoesexual marriage activists? Crashing straight weddings?
Alas, it ain’t easy being royalty.
