Especially the "minorities." I put the quotations in there because a person is only a minority if they allow themselves to be. Sure your skin color is different but you don't have to allow yourself to be held back by it. I'm sorry there are too many Asian folks coming in fresh off the boat with no English coming over here and working there butts off and getting ahead in life to think racism is rampant here. The opportunities are out there, it's up to every individual to get off their butt and get them! The government should only do so much and so far I think they're doing plenty!
