However, given my personal cynicism and revulsion of the way he operates, there could any combination of personal cash reward, and the threat of political and/or personal of punishment. Yes you read correctly! I said threat of personal punishment in the form of slander of himself or family members, favors not granted, campaign cash withheld, and military facilities in Nebraska allowed to remain active.
