In answer to your title question, because they told us so?

Or maybe the admin is starting to combine their promise of “jobs created or saved”, and count these non-existent jobs twice, once for “saved” and once for “created”? How clever of them, since the traditional approach of counting honestly hasn’t worked.

Or maybe Duh-1 should think of his pimple sidekick as the USPS, and consider using the educational equivalent of Fed-X and UPS for his stimulus package. After all, USPS, by Duh-1’s own admission, doesn’t work very well, and neither does his hoof-in-mouth compadre.

Even that countersunk twit that used to be our governor was probably smart enough to figure that one out. Yeah, I’m talking about kathleen the abortion queen. Or our current HHS secretary for those of you who really can’t figure anything out.
I had a kidney removed last Monday. I am not in the best mood.
