		<description>Yes it will, John, if you consider your "fellow citizens" to be part of the political aparatchik.  But even that is on a sliding scale, with the holy one getting the best, leaders of the ruling party getting almost as good, normal members of the ruling party the next best, etc., etc.

So, if you exclude something as unappetizing to think about as we, the people, then the picture is suddenly much brighter.

And I'm sure that's exactly how people like Dingy, Pelousy Chucky Cheesy, the illustrious and indignant Barndoor Franky et al look at it.  I mean, my gosh, man, even the government has to have its priorities, and where better to start than with its unselfish and so-giving leaders?</description>
