		<description>Gosh, I wonder why the unfunded mandates aren't calculated into the trillion dollar deficit projected by the OMB?  Maybe because that deficit would balloon to trillions?  Wouldn't it make sense to calculate those costs into their projections, too, since they are mandated by the legislation?

And who's to say any particular state will continue Medicare/Medicaid?  If their particular constitution says they must balance the budget, why not put that on the top of the cut list?

The donks have long accused pachyderms of smoke-and-mirrors economics.  I think now it's safe to say that was simply projection.</description>
