		<description>His holiness (hollowness) can't reveal his economic plan for a couple of reasons:  first, what little is planned (not off-the-cuff or spur of the moment) is incoherent and not of any recognized school of economic thought.  Second, if he were to reveal the true objectives of whatever "planning" he does or has done the public would have his head on a platter immediately. They wouldn't allow this socialist to implement it immediately.

Hence, it's like boiling a frog:  put it in a pot and turn the heat up slowly and the frog will be happy until it dies; throw it in a pot of hot water and it knows it's in trouble.  So he's just turning the screws a little at a time until the people have lost it all, and then it'll be too late.</description>
