Why would he want to be, USN? After all, the media would drag him, his extended family, and all his friends through hell just to embarrass him.

And that’s if they LIKED him!

He is absolutely correct in the assertion government has never created a single job in history. Governments can create conditions conducive to good economic times and jobs creation. But when the liberal response is “What about all the government jobs?” one has to respond that it is government regulation that created those jobs, and most of those jobs (with the exception of the military, maybe, and intelligence-gathering, maybe) are simply a way to get something of worth for the exchange of what is patently welfare anyway. Especially being an elected official.

quite the opposite of it, it has lower the standard of living for a lot of people that are trying to make a honest living.
