Differences are, I didn't "forget" to pay, I just couldn't; I have had to pay principal, interest AND penalties; and I haven't been contacted by the new administration about heading up some cabinet post and don't head some House committee like a Michigan donk. With the donks in control of the government, it truly is an oligarchy now, about as far from a government of the people, by the people and for the people as you can get. Stupid, lying liberals.
