		<description>This seems like a real no-brainer to me.  You can't pass a law that is against the constitution of the state of California any more than Congress can pass laws that is against the Constitution of the United States of America.  If he hadn't have vetoed it, the courts would have been within their right to strike it down on those basis.  I'm just glad he saved us the trouble instead of rolling the dice that California Supreme Court justices would actually do the right thing and uphold the law.</description>
