That was probably real tough to call. Not.
“A recent survey of recently registered Latino voters in Los Angeles conducted by the William C. Velasquez Institute from April 23rd to May 4th showed that 50% indicated support for Los Angeles City Councilman Antonio Villaraigosa with only 3.6% giving support to the incumbent Mayor James Hahn.”

I think Los Angeles has been lost to the power and influence that Madrid and Mexico City have exerted over it for the past couple of centuries. Demographics do not shift that quickly and dramatically in a city by a people who wish to protect their own interests.
