Congratulations to the Iraqis for showing the world that Democracy is important to them. That bravery and diligence is inspiring. Walking to the polls in the Cold winter weather is truly inspiring as well. Defying the terrorists is remarkable and turnout some places running out of ballots, they even had to extend the voting hours because so many turned out. Celebrating in the streets in Ramadi in the Anbar Province with children playing soccer, people dancing. These are people that 3 yrs ago had gone to the polls and had to vote for Sadaam or die basically. I watched the coverage with tears in my eyes to see these people proudly waving their purple fingers and more not afraid to be seen on camera. Bless the Iraqis and may democracy spread from there. Bless President Bush for the courage to see this through. Bless the US. Merry Christmas and Happy New year to all
