Contributing Blogger: Amy B. Proctor

CaliforniaConservative.org is very proud to announce that Amy B. Proctor will be featured as a contributing blogger to our site.

Amy will be providing occasional posts as well as feature-length articles and editorials relevant to our blog’s core mission of politics, patriotism, and conservatism. You can read her first article here.

Additionally, Amy will share her insights and perspectives on the military ( “Milblogging” ) as she is intimately connected.

Amy Proctor is an Army wife who’s achievements include citations from both the 101st Airborne Division, 187th Infantry (Rakkasans) as Family Readiness Group leader & 82nd Airborne Division, 325th Infantry Regiment for outstanding support to military families.

She also received the Dr. Mary E. Walker Award while at Ft. Bragg, NC, the highest award going to a military spouse for supporting & improving the quality of life for soldiers and their families. Her husband, John, is an 82nd ABN paratrooper who served a year in Iraq. She lives with her husband, John, and their four children.

    I can’t tell you how pleased I am to see her getting some exposure. She has an excellent mind. I’m honored she considers me a friend.
